We Want
At PixelbySageFrog, we build technology-enabled digital solutions powered by healthy, supported people. We’re looking for a Remote Occupational / Corporate Nurse who understands how healthcare, technology, and modern work environments intersect.
In this role, you’ll serve as the clinical backbone of our employee wellness strategy — supporting a distributed workforce through preventive care, health education, and occupational health guidance delivered via digital platforms.
You’ll collaborate closely with HR, People Ops, and leadership to ensure employee health, safety, and compliance are maintained without compromising flexibility or privacy.
What You’ll Do
Provide remote clinical guidance, triage, and health consultations for employees.
Support occupational health initiatives including return-to-work assessments, fitness-for-duty reviews, and medical accommodations.
Advise on workplace health risks, ergonomics, and remote-work wellness best practices.
Coordinate care with external healthcare providers and insurers when needed.
Maintain confidential health documentation in compliance with occupational health and data protection regulations.
Design and deliver virtual wellness programs, health education sessions, and preventive care initiatives.
What You Bring
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (or equivalent) in good standing.
Experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, public health, or employee wellness.
Strong understanding of workplace health regulations, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
Certification or documented training demonstrating proficiency in virtual communication, teleconferencing, or telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, HIPAA-compliant telehealth systems), with the ability to conduct professional, confidential, and effective video-based consultations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support employees in a remote, digital-first environment.
Comfortable working with telehealth tools, digital health platforms, and distributed teams.
