We Want

We’re looking for a culturally fluent, analytically sharp, and creatively inspired Cultural Consultant / Cross-Cultural Communication Specialist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contrastive studies, bilingual communications, translation, and marketing, and a passion for helping brands communicate authentically across languages and cultures.

You’ll work closely with our strategy, content, and creative teams to ensure that every message, campaign, and visual resonates with diverse audiences around the world — not just linguistically, but culturally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise creative teams on language, tone, and cultural nuance in global campaigns.

  • Conduct research on cultural trends, idiomatic expressions, and audience perception across different markets.

  • Translate and adapt brand messaging to align with cultural expectations and sensitivities.

  • Provide training and internal workshops on cross-cultural communication best practices.

  • Review and refine marketing assets for linguistic clarity and cultural alignment.

  • Collaborate with brand strategists and content creators to shape authentic, inclusive storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Cultural Studies, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in bilingual communication, translation, or cultural consultancy (agency experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of global marketing and consumer behavior across regions.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Compensation

This is a full-time, non-remote position. You are expected to work on-site at our Princeton, NJ location. We offer competitive compensation that aligns with your level of expertise and experience.
